CRAIG FRENCH  – Head Coach

Originally from Commack, New York, Craig played his high school lacrosse at  Commack HS where he was a four year starter, a two-time Varsity Captain, the 1997 Suffolk County Rookie of the Year and a three-time All-County Selection. Craig went on to play college lacrosse at the University of Denver and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Since graduating from college, Craig has coached at the youth, club and high school level with programs such as Santa Monica Youth Lacrosse, 3D Los Angeles, the LaSalle Military Academy and Peninsula High School. Craig brings over two decades of impressive playing and coaching experience to Hamilton Lacrosse.   

MITCH FENTON  – Assistant Coach

Mitch played his high school lacrosse at  Long Beach HS on Long Island, New York where he was a three year starter. After high school he was instrumental in helping to bring lacrosse to the West Coast. Mitch helped start the mens lacrosse team at San Diego State as well as numerous youth and high school programs in  San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura counties. In fact, in the January 2016 edition of Lacrosse Magazine, Mitch was described as a “seminal figure in introducing lacrosse at the youth and high school levels in San Diego and Greater Los Angeles.”

LARRY TURKHEIMER – Assistant Coach

Larry played his high school lacrosse at  Wantagh HS on Long Island, New York where he was a two year all league selection and first team All South Shore. He went on to play lacrosse at one of the top “lacrosse institutions” in the nation, the University of North Carolina. While at NC, Larry was a four year starter, an Honorable Mention All American (1979), First Team All ACC and a Member of the 1979 North South team. In addition, Larry is a nationally recognized coach, administrator, referee and force behind the Israel National lacrosse team that finished  in 7th place at the 2014 World Lacrosse Championships.
